  • 30 November 2014: Deadline for the submission phase of the Call for Parallel Sessions

  • Mid-December 2014: Notification to selected Parallel Sessions Conveners

Call for Contributions (oral, posters)

The Contributions will be selected by the conveners of the Parallel Sessions in close collaboration with the Scientific Committee

  • 19 January 2015: Opening of the Call for Contributions (Oral, Poster)

  • 22 March 2015: Deadline of the Call for Contributions (Oral, Poster)

  • 13 April: Notice to contributors of acceptance of Contributions
    The notification about the status of the contributions is in progress. All contributors will be contacted by email soon.

Call for Side Events

  • Beginning of August 2014: Informal submission of first ideas for Side Events

  • 13 February 2015:� Opening of the Call for Side Events 

Registration, Accommodation and Financial Support Application
