Maximum poster size is 118 cm (height) x 84,1 cm (width) = A0 in PORTRAIT layout.
Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster.
Presenters will be asked to remove their poster at the end of their poster session. The posters that will be not removed during the appropriate time will be recycled.
No local poster printing service will be available during the conference, so please bare in mind to print and bring your poster.To optimize the message conveyed by a poster, each author should read and try to apply the following Poster Design Guidelines:
- The presentation must cover the material as cited in the corresponding submitted abstract and
- Use the official abstract title as submitted and make it easy-to-read
- Complement the title with a short abstract that conveys your main message and attracts passers-by.
- Organize your material into sections; give each section a heading sentence summarizing it.
- Create a design with lots of blank space.
- Use the same artistic style throughout your poster.
- Limit details that don't contribute directly to your main message.
- Lead your viewer through the display; make it obvious where to start.
- Place the title of your paper and the authors� names prominently at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your presentation
- Highlight the authors� names, e-mails, and address information in case the viewer is interested in contacting you for more information and/or provide a card or handout with your contact information (name, phone, email).
- Use font size that is readable from 1.5 m away. Title text should be at least 54-pt, headings at least 36-pt, and body text at least 28-pt. If several people gather around your poster, they should all be able to read the text simultaneously.
- Avoid all capital letter text.
- Use text sparingly; use graphics as much as possible to get your message across.
- Use illustrations that are simple and bold. Journal figures need simplified and larger fonts. Prepare all diagrams or charts neatly and legibly
- Use consistent fonts throughout the poster. Choose strong-bodied sans-serif fonts that are easy to read from a distance.
