How can I submit my side event proposal?
The online platform for submitting your proposal is available at the following link: http://cfcc.side-event.y-congress.com/ScientificProcess/submission/
First, you need to create your account on the conference website. You are then invited to register your side event by indicating:
- The title of the side event,
- The names of the proponents/organizations,
- The names of the potential panelists/keynote speakers,
- The summary of your side event.
Please note that the deadline for submitting side events is May 15th. We encourage you to submit your side event early, as there will be a first round of accreditation end of April.
What are the criteria for my side event to be accredited?
Side Events will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
- Relevance to the scope and objectives of the conference
- Openness to diversity of views
- Side Event to be held from June 1, 2015 to July 15, 2015, excluding the Plenary Sessions of the Conference
When can I organize my side event?
Side events can be organized from June 1, 2015 to July 15, 2015 except during the Conference Plenary Sessions i.e.:
- On July 7, 2015 from 9:00 to 13:00 (GMT+1)
- On July 8, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 (GMT+1)
- On July 9, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 (GMT+1)
- On July 10, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1)
Where can I organize my side event?
Side events can be organized anywhere in the world.
Can I get funding for my side event?
Unfortunately, the Conference does not have funding available to support accredited side events.
Can the Conference Secretariat help me find a place for my side event?
Unfortunately, the Conference cannot provide help to find a venue for the side events.
